Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to join our team. The Senior Producer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire process of video production, from conceptualization to delivery. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills, who can ensure the highest quality standards are met while adhering to timelines and budgets. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of video production, including but not limited to budgets, scriptwriting, pre-production, production, post-production, regulatory reviews, and quality assurance. 
  • Accountable for departmental and interdepartmental operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication between teams. 
  • Develop new partnerships with vendors to enhance our production capabilities and offerings. 
  • Partner with the account team to foster positive client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the production process. 
  • Refine project scope, calculate budgets, create and manage timelines, and consult on Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure clarity and alignment with client expectations. 
  • Secure necessary resources for production, including directors, crew, talent, and locations. 
  • Manage and mentor producers and associate producers throughout all phases of production, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. 
  • Hire and manage freelance external vendors as needed to align with project demands. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • Proven experience in video production, with a focus on both live-action and animated content. 
  • Strong understanding of production processes, including budgeting, scheduling, editing, and resource management. 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software. 
  • Knowledge of health and wellness industry trends and regulations is a plus.
