Job Overview  

This role will be instrumental driving meaningful brand awareness and activation with target healthcare audiences and customers.  Developing and executing comprehensive communication roadmaps and strategies to enhance the customer engagement designed to change behavior.  Use understanding of channel, customer mind set and brand objectives, build out the ecosystem that will deliver the desired impact.  

 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of patient and HCP behaviors, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful engagement strategies. We are looking for holistic thinkers able to breakdown the larger market opportunities and challenges into the detail-oriented strategies that will deliver meaningful impact for our client’s brands.   

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include

 

  • Clear understanding of the established brand positioning, USP, core success factors and strategic imperatives and strategies.  
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of audience touchpoints and experiences to identify opportunities for engagement enhancement.  
  • Develop integrated marketing and communication strategies tailored to each client's specific goals and target audience.  
  • Define clear objectives, KPIs, and key success metrics for each campaign.  
  • Develop comprehensive multi-channel engagement and tactical activation plans, incorporating digital, social, email, and offline touchpoints and tactics.  
  • Data-driven insights using a variety of healthcare specific data sets to help drive effective tactical plans, targeting and execution.  
  • Devise content strategies that resonate with patients, including educational materials, social media content, and newsletters.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, content, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.  
  • Develop annual tactical plans as part of brand planning process.  
  • Work with Analytics team to analyze brand performance, insights and recommend optimizations.  
  • Implement optimizations based on data-driven insights to maximize campaign effectiveness.  
  • Exhibit thought leadership by authoring POV documents related to industry/technology trends.  
  • Create detailed patient journey maps and identify key moments for interaction.  
  • Understanding of healthcare regulatory constraints and limitations in terms of DTC and HCP communications.  

Qualifications

Qualifications 

 

  • University degree, with a focus in business or science; MBA preferred 
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with the majority in U.S. healthcare marketing, ideally in manufacturer/client side or an agency role  
  • Strong understanding of patient and HCP behavior and engagement strategies in the healthcare context.  
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  
  • Proficiency in industry marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation tools).  
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
