Job Overview

We seek a dedicated Finance Associate to join our Finance team, specializing in accounts receivable. This role is crucial in managing client invoicing and financial reporting, collaborating with project management teams to prepare and submit invoices, and ensuring timely payments. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding our values of accountability and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable process including client invoicing, adjustments, and account reconciliations
• Work closely with project management teams to gather necessary information for billing and to ensure invoices accurately reflect provided services
• Maintain up-to-date billings
• Generate and provide financial reports detailing accounts receivable status to the Finance team
• Enhance procedures and systems for accounts receivable, invoicing, and collection
• Engage with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and to ensure prompt payment
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications:

• Professional experience in a finance or accounting role, particularly with accounts receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working well in a team and independently.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain deadlines.
• Proficient with financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
