Job Overview

 

We're looking for a Submissions Coordinator to join our Editorial team! In this role, you'll partner with team members from various internal departments to ensure thorough review and submission of digital and print pieces for a variety of brands in the health and wellness space.

Responsibilities

  • Shows ability to write with proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure
  • Has foundational knowledge and application of AMA guidelines and editorial style guides
  • Interest in understanding the medical and legal submissions process for marketing materials
  • Comfortable completing submissions across all MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review platforms
  • Ability to upload references into the MLR review platforms
  • Can perform thorough and complete reviews of MLR-approved pieces against the staging (digital) or RTP (release to print) file and print proof
  • Starting to learn about FDA guidelines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, as well as high attention to detail
  • Comfortable acting as an internal liaison, supporting the internal team and their brands
  • Driven and motivated to take on assigned tasks and deliver them back to the team as “complete” and their “best work”

Qualifications

  • Required: 0-6 months experience working in an agency/creative environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in editing, proofreading, referencing/annotating, and copy skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
  • Demonstrated initiative as a self-starter
