Production Coordinator

•  Supporting the video production team in project related tasks for video and photography projects including assisting with contracts, music and voiceover searches
• Supporting producers digital integration, animation and post-production by assisting with production management related tasks specific to video project management
• Assist producers with SOW’s, timelines, and resource planning
• Enters timely and accurate resource allocations for assigned team
• Supports financial aspects of a project such as budget entry, and preparation of monthly revenue calculation spreadsheet
• Supports team with project assignments through assisting with internal trafficking process and maintenance of contact and status reports
• Learns and effectively utilizes project management systems and processes (i.e., Workamajig, Vimeo, Wipster, best practices guidelines)

  • Effectively following up on assigned tasks
  • On-going proactive communication across the teams in which you’ll support

• Some experience working in video production and / or post production
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge and skills working on the management of video projects from early stages through completion
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
• Demonstrated initiative as a self-starter
