• Managing the Revenue Calculation Process, including..
  • Publishing the month end revenue calc reports.
  • Meeting with teams and evaluating the information to ensure accuracy.
  • Providing target goals and overall financial guidance to teams.
• Overseeing client finance reporting and analysis 
• Supervising client invoicing and ensuring all billing is being handled in a timely manner in accordance with SOWs
• Developing effective relationships with service providers and external contacts
• Creating timely, accurate reporting for internal teams and clients
• Effectively raising awareness in anticipation of challenges and offering solutions

• Signifigant experience working in a high-energy office environment 
• Experience within a creative agency environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
• Initiative as a self-starter
