Job Overview

DiD is growing! We're looking for an Associate Project Manager with at least 2 years of agency experience to join our team. In this role, you'll partner with creative and client services team members to push boundaries and serve as a primary point of contact within the internal team. This role would help support clients in the consumer device space. 


  • Drafting and ongoing management of SOWs, timelines, and resource plans/allocations with senior PM team members
  • Manages client invoice process and rev calc for assigned projects in conjunction with senior team members
  • Manages internal trafficking process and maintains contact and status reports
  • Prepares materials for client and med/legal review for assigned projects
  • Begins identifying risks and develop recommendations to mitigate with senior team members
  • Timely trafficking of work, following up on requests and demonstrating sense of urgency
  • Continuously monitors project status and alerts team to any potential issues on assigned tasks and projects
  • Ongoing review of assigned project budgets and alerts team to any potential issues
  • In partnership with creative and account leads, ensures quality of med-legal submissions and adherence to client process and requirements


  • 2 years minimum work experience in project or account management
  • Experience within a pharmaceutical and/or healthcare environment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
  • Demonstrated initiative as a self-starter
