Job Overview

DiD is growing! We're looking for a Sr Account Director with at least 10 years of agency experience to join our team. In this role, you'll partner with creative and project management team members to push boundaries while maintaining and growing both the team and client relationships. This role would help support pharmaceutical clients. 

• Strong ability to adapt and respond to shifting priorities
• Adept at working with ambiguity; uses intuition and experience to make sound decisions
• Forms strong relationship with client VPs and high level positions; leverages relationships
• Can be tactical in strategy and creative; looks at the larger picture of the brand(s)/client business direction
• Ability to work across multiple brands
• Client relationship manager; builds relationships at the highest level
• Oversees and guides the team; manages and motivates teams to ensure best client service delivery
• Actively manages the client relationship; the “go-to” person for the client and the team in resolving issues
• Provides global strategy for the client business
• Directs team with client overall business insights in mind

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 10 years minimum experience working in advertising, marketing, or related field
• Experience within pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing
• Outstanding marketing, strategy, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a team
