Responsibilities

A Designer at DiD is responsible for: 

  • Demonstrating the ability to apply design techniques in execution of work; color theory, spacial relationships, typography, and composition
  • Having knowledge of print production, photography, and videography
  • Providing design support on assigned projects and productively working on multiple projects at once
  • Effectively working within assigned timelines and budgets
  • Working with continued oversight and direction and following a creative brief
  • Demonstrating responsiveness and sense of urgency to requests; efficiently delivering timely and quality work
  • Asking clarifying questions to ensure full understanding of requests

 

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have: 

  • 1-3 years experience working in an agency/creative environment
  • Experience working within Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
  • Demonstrated initiative as a self-starter
